The tiered pricing model allows clients to access the right level of expertise based on the complexity of their needs, with hourly rates generally ranging from $75 to $300+ per hour. Rates are set based on the specific needs of the client and can be set during contract negotiation.

Tier 1 | Accounting & QuickBooks Support — $75–$100/hour
Foundational accounting support, including QuickBooks assistance, bookkeeping oversight, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, expense categorization, and basic financial reporting.

Tier 2 | Financial Management & Reporting — $100–$150/hour
More advanced financial management, including month-end close, budgeting, cash-flow analysis, management reporting, KPI tracking, and financial statement review.

Tier 3 | Strategic Finance & FP&A — $150–$225/hour
Strategic financial support designed to help leadership make better decisions, including forecasting, scenario modeling, profitability analysis, pricing strategy, working-capital management, and financial planning.

Tier 4 | Fractional CFO & Executive Advisory — $200–$300+/hour
Senior-level financial leadership for businesses seeking a strategic partner. Services may include Board and investor reporting, strategic planning, capital planning, M&A support, executive presentations, and direct advisory support to CEOs and leadership teams.

For ongoing engagements, Ryder Strategy also offers monthly retainer arrangements, particularly for Strategic Finance and Fractional CFO services. Retainers are customized based on the scope of work, expected level of involvement, and complexity of the business, providing clients with consistent access to the financial expertise they need as their business grows.
